Job summary

Knack RCM in Mumbai seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts professional (Non-CA) to manage day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, and month-end close. You will mentor a small team and ensure regulatory compliance while driving financial controls across operations.

The role offers exposure to diverse finance functions and a collaborative environment, with a focus on career growth and stable long-term progression.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Non-CA).
• Proficient in invoice processing, accounting and vendor payments.
• Experience with statutory dues submission to regulatory authorities.
• Hands-on in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of month-end close, depreciation, accruals, reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, controls and compliance.
• Experience mentoring a 2–3 person team.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Non-CA).

• Experience in accounting, payment, and submission of statutory dues with regulatory authorities.


• Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.


• Expertise in month-end closing activities, including depreciation accounting, cost accruals, and related reconciliations.


• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.


• Experience in handling and mentoring a team of 2-3 individuals.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
