Job summary

Arihant Fertiliser And Chemicals India Limited is seeking a data entry and accounting professional to manage day-to-day entries in Tally Prime, handle GST and TDS compliance, and support bank reconciliations and vendor/debtor controls. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word and strong accounting basics are required. Immediate joining preferred.

Candidate preferred who can join immediately. Prior experience with statutory audits will be a plus.

• All day-to-day data entry in Tally Prime: cash payments, bank payments, purchases, expenses, journal entries, invoices, master creation.
• GST compliance tasks: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, e-way bill, e-invoicing.
• TDS/TCS knowledge: deduction, deposit, return preparation, certificates.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency; bank reconciliation; debtors and creditors control.
• Record keeping and general accounting principles; assist seniors for statutory/tax audits; immediate joining preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• All type day to day data entry in tally prime i.e. cash payment, Bank Payment, Purchase entry, expenses bill entry, Journal entry, sale invoice preparation, Master creation - Vendor, Debtor, General Ledger
• Knowledge of TDS / TCS - Deduction, deposit of tax, return preparation, issue of certificate.
• Knowledge of GST - Basis, RCM, preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR 3B, ITC reconciliation, E-way Bill, E-invoicing.
• Proficiency in M.S. Excel / M.S. Word.
• Debtors & Creditors control.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Net Banking.
• Assistance to Seniors for statutory & Tax Audit.
• Maintain general accounting knowledge with expertise in finance and accountancy principles.
• Record keeping.
• Utilize Tally Prime software for financial management.
• Candidate preffared who can join immediately.
