• Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software.
• In-depth experience with GST, TDS, and ROC compliance.
• In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
• Solid background in e-commerce accounting, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
• Proactive communicator and team player who can own and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tax filing and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software.
• Oversee accounting for multiple branches.
• Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
• Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
• Vendor and Customer reconciliation.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of tax filing and statutory compliance, including ROC, Income Tax, GST Registration and Amendments, GST Returns Filing, TDS Return Filing, etc.
• Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
• Oversee accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
• Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
• Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
• Vendor and Customer reconciliation.

Who You Are

• Candidates who have completed CA (Inter) are preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
• Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
• In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
• Solid background in e-commerce accounting, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
