Job summary

Vamccan Polytech Pvt Ltd in Ecotech 3, Greater Noida, seeks a Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and finalisation of books.

The role requires strong manufacturing accounting knowledge, GST and TDS expertise, and direct coordination with the statutory auditor to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also produce MIS reports and collaborate with the plant team to maintain cost and inventory records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GST and TDS compliance.
• Ability to finalise books and prepare audit schedules.
• Coordination with CA and statutory auditors.
• MIS reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Record and review manufacturing entries: raw material usage, WIP, finished goods, job-work, stock transfers, cost allocation.
• Maintain inventory and costing records with plant/stores team.
• Compute, pay, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) and ITC reconciliation.
• Compute TDS, deposit monthly, file quarterly returns (24Q/26Q) and issue Form 16/16A.
• Perform bank and vendor/customer reconciliations and general ledger scrutiny.
• Finalise books—prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, schedules, depreciation, provisions.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for audits and maintain audit schedules.
• Provide MIS reports (monthly P&L, cash flow, cost reports) to management.

We are a manufacturing unit based in Ecotech 3, Greater Noida, seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and finalisation of books. The role requires strong domain knowledge of manufacturing accounting, GST, TDS, and direct coordination with the statutory auditor.

Responsibility

• Recording and reviewing manufacturing entries raw material consumption, WIP, finished goods, job-work, stock transfers, production cost allocation
• Maintaining inventory and costing records in coordination with the plant/stores team
• Computation, payment, and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), ITC reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books), e-invoicing and e-way bills
• TDS computation, monthly deposit, quarterly return filing (24Q/26Q) and issuance of Form 16/16A
• Bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation, ledger scrutiny
• Finalisation of books — schedules, depreciation, provisions, prepaid/outstanding adjustments, P&L and Balance Sheet preparation
• End-to-end coordination with the Chartered Accountant for statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit; preparation of audit schedules and resolution of queries
• MIS reporting to management (monthly P&L, cash flow, cost reports)
