Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
• Maintain and update accounts records accurately
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices
• Handle billing and payment entries
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records
• Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, expenses and other financial documents
• Enter and manage accounting transactions using Tally
• Assist in preparing periodic reports and account statements
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments and accounting matters
