Job Description – Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts
• Handle invoicing, billing, credit notes, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
• Support management with financial reports and MIS
• Maintain accurate documentation for aviation operations & contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / M.Com preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
