Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day accounting, ledgers, and financial record-keeping.
• Knowledge of GST compliance, invoicing, and tax documentation.
• Understanding of accounting principles and statutory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial records.
• Record and manage accounting entries, journal entries, purchase and sales entries, and expense transactions.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
• Assist with GST compliance, including GST data preparation, return filing support, and maintaining relevant records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, receipts, and supporting financial documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on pending collections when required.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and monthly accounting summaries.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and external accountants or auditors as required.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle bookkeeping, perform account reconciliations, and support GST compliance and invoicing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
