Job summary

Kukulkan Management Services in Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a diligent Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support statutory filings.

Your responsibilities include invoicing, vouchers, payments, bank reconciliations, MIS reports, GST and TDS compliance, and coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure accurate accounts. Experience in basic financial reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain purchase and sales entries.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.
• Support the senior accounts team in daily accounting activities.
