Job summary

Ksbiomed Healthcare is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee daily operations of accounting in Ahmedabad. The role covers general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, tax filings (GST, TDS, corporate taxes), and strengthen internal controls while coordinating audits. A strong grasp of local laws and financial controls is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including the general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Lead annual budgeting, variance analysis, and build financial models to forecast performance.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings in compliance with local laws.
• Strengthen internal controls, perform bank reconciliations, and coordinate audits.

• Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting processes, monitor variance analysis, and build financial models to forecast business performance.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory obligations (such as GST, TDS, corporate taxes) and adherence to local financial laws.
• Internal Controls: Strengthen financial controls, manage bank reconciliations, and coordinate internal/external audits.
