To provide PD Training to Doctors, Technicians, Nurses in hospitals of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for weekly planning in SFE and accountability of its execution in the field for activations.
• Plan PACE Trainings on quarterly basis & same should be executed.
• Plan Share source training program in new accounts & quarterly training in existing accounts.
• Plan account level Patient education program in top 5 accounts.
• Plan Initial Training program & patient follow up program as per protocol on monthly basis.
• PACE – PD Accelerated Clinical Excellence in TOP accounts.
• Execute SOCPD in top identified account and engage with 2/year activities.
• Establish & manage PDCC in identified accounts and manage throughout the year.
• Execute SS training on quarterly basis for existing & new accounts.
• Meeting PV reporting timelines ( JCF, PV-AE-SAE, therapy Reports) to ensure formal response and closure to complaints.
• Manage CS/team training on regular intervals to enhance the knowledge skills.
