• Process all kinds of invoices received from the client.
• Ensure month-end invoice processing is completed.
• Research and resolve outstanding RNI balances over 60 days.
• Respond to email requests within 24 hours.
• Escalate urgent/sensitive issues to Manager.
• Perform vendor reconciliations.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Ensure SLA target is achieved.

Description du poste

• Processing of all kinds of invoices received from the client.
• Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end.
• Discrepancy Handling -Research & resolve outstanding RNI balances over 60 days old.
• Query Handling -Provide excellent customer service by responding to email requests within 24 Hrs.
• Recognize and escape urgent/sensitive issues to Manager.
• Perform Vendor Reconciliations
• Completed additional tasks as assigned.
• Ensure SLA target is achieved.
