Ideosphere Consulting P L is seeking a passionate Social Media Designer to shape visual storytelling across client campaigns. You will translate client messages into high-quality visuals, statics, carousels, and ads that align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media design with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to translate messages into visuals across platforms.
• Experience creating statics, carousels, stories, and ads.
• Proficiency in Canva or related animation tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the industry of the client and approach to communicate with their stakeholders via Social Media
• Ability to understand the message and stakeholder behaviour and translate that in to social media creative
• Create high-quality visual designs, such as statics, infographics, carousels, stories, and social media ads that are visually appealing and engaging
• Ability to create animation/moving graphics and/or video format using Canva or other softwares
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and communication objectives
• Work with clients and teams on briefs and advise them on design style, format, and timelines
• Collaborate with content writers and other team members to ensure that designs and messaging work seamlessly together
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques to ensure that our work remains innovative and effective
• Understand design briefs and undertake research to understand the client’s brand language as well as that of it’s competition and category
• Illustrate concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy which includes arrangement, size, type size, font style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Play the role of back to the larger Design team on any mandates when needed

Job Requirements

• Ability to multitask, be solution oriented and operate with team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX design
• 5+ years of experience in social media design, with a strong portfolio of work either at an agency or on brand side
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AI tools if any).
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics, and proficiency in After Effects preferred
• Strong passion to know more about the brand and business
• Strong creative, layout and analytical skills
• Ability to handle feedback and learn
• Compelling portfolio showcasing of a wide range of creative projects
• Works well in a team environment
