Job summary

SHINING 3D Latam is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand and manage the distribution network for its dental digital products in India (Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai) with remote options. You will build distributor relationships, drive market development, execute regional activities, travel as required, and ensure targets are met.

English and Hindi fluency, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience in medical/dental industries are strongly preferred.

• Proactive, self-driven with strong market development and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
