The Account Manager acts as the operational backbone of client delivery, working between Client Partners and recruiter pods to ensure seamless execution. This role focuses on driving efficiency, maintaining quality, and managing end‑to‑end delivery operations across multiple accounts while enabling both client‑facing and recruitment teams to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery operations across multiple open mandates and accounts
• Interrogate and clarify JDs before briefing recruiters
• Perform quality checks on all profiles before client submission
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer‑stage coordination
• Maintain the delivery tracker as the single source of truth
• Manage hiring manager relationships below VP levelCommunicate only critical exceptions to Client Partners

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of experience in delivery, account management, or operations in staffing/talent environments
• Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail
• Proactive in SLA tracking and delivery management
• Maintains high quality standards under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and giving constructive feedback
• Able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously without loss of quality

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
