• Manage and nurture relationships with existing domestic clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client hiring needs
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures
• Monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling)
• Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
• Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, pipeline, and revenue
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
