Job summary

Purview Services India seeks an experienced senior recruitment professional with 7+ years in domestic staffing. You will manage key client relationships, translate client requirements into recruitment strategies and coordinate with internal teams to close roles.

You will monitor SLAs, handle escalations, prepare hiring metrics, and seek new business within existing accounts, including upselling and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience in Domestic Staffing / recruitment.
• Ability to coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
• Monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
