We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager Staffing & Solutions with 56 years of experience in the IT Staffing / IT Services industry. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in managing both staffing (C2C, C2H, FTE) and solution-based engagements. This role requires strong client management skills, revenue ownership, and the ability to drive closures while ensuring delivery excellence and long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and hiring requirements end‑to‑end
• Drive staffing closures (C2C/C2H/FTE) and solution deals against assigned targets
• Own and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate closely with recruitment, delivery, and presales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
