Job summary

Merlin Group in Kolkata is seeking a finance professional to maintain and update financial records in line with Accounting Standards and company policy.

You will manage monthly rent rolls, vendor payments, MIS reports, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and cash flow analysis, ensuring accurate reconciliations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the financial records in compliance with Accounting Standards and company policy.
• Manage monthly rent roll, billing to tenants (CAM, electricity, HVAC, parking, etc.), and track collections.
• Monitor and process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and expense variance reports.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including timely filing and payment.
• Liaise with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Assist the management with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Coordinate with utility providers and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Ensure implementation of internal controls and SOPs.
