Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries in Tally.
• Prepare sales invoices, bank reconciliation, and financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax compliances.
• Process monthly payroll and employee salary sheets.
• Manage vendor payments, banking transactions, reimbursements, and recurring payments.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel/Google Sheets.
• Maintain petty cash and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with CA, banks, and other authorities.
• Handle forex documentation and international vendor billing (preferred).
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
