Job summary

PHN Technology Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking an Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS compliance, and financial reporting. Qualifications

• MBA in Finance is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting/finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS).
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and book entries.
• Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable (Billing, Invoicing, Follow-ups, Payments).
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Bank reconciliation and monitoring cash flow.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
