Job summary

Rigved Technologies in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive (Completed CA Internship/Articleship) to manage accounting, taxation, audit, MIS, and financial reporting activities.

The candidate will ensure accurate records, assist GST and TDS compliance, coordinate audits, and prepare monthly financial statements and project-wise MIS reports using Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive (Completed CA Intern/ Articleship) to manage and support accounting, taxation, audit, MIS, and financial reporting activities.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting records, assisting with GST and TDS compliance, coordinating audit requirements, preparing project-wise MIS reports, and supporting the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Handle and review day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Review sales, purchase, expense, bank, journal, and other accounting entries.
• Ensure proper accounting and classification of transactions.
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records.
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts.
• Assist in preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

GST Compliance

• Assist in the preparation, review, and timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Verify GST-related sales and purchase data.
• Assist with GST reconciliation and identification of discrepancies.
• Maintain proper GST documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and tax consultants for GST-related requirements.

TDS Compliance

• Prepare and maintain TDS workings.
• Verify applicable TDS deductions.
• Reconcile TDS balances and related accounting entries.
• Assist in preparation and filing of TDS returns.
• Maintain TDS certificates, workings, challans, and supporting documents.

Audit & Compliance

• Assist in statutory, internal, and other audit activities.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments.
• Assist in resolving audit queries.
• Maintain proper audit documentation.

MIS & Financial Analysis

• Prepare monthly project-wise MIS reports.
• Analyze project-wise revenue, expenses, profitability, receivables, and payables.
• Identify significant variances and discrepancies.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly MIS reports.

Accounting Software & Excel

• Maintain and review accounting records in Tally/Tally Prime
• Prepare financial reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, and data analysis.

Educational Qualification

• Completed Article ship or CA Inter .
