Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. Experience in the Shipping/Marine industry is preferred.

Location: Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai; Immediate joiners preferred; 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, 6 days a week. B.Com or equivalent with 25 years of accounting experience; GST, TDS, Tally, and MS Excel knowledge required.

Qualifications

• B. Com or equivalent qualification.
• 25 years of accounting experience.
• Shipping/Marine industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment records, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Maintain vendor and client ledgers.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and supporting financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
• Experience in the shipping / marine industry will be preferred.
