Job summary

Road Angel (india) in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced accountant to manage invoices, bank reconciliations, and payable/receivable tasks. You will enter data accurately into the accounting system and generate routine reports.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and familiarity with standard accounting software and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and speed in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, large datasets).
• Familiarity with standard accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Invoice data entry into accounting system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Regular bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in tracking vendor payments and maintain up-to-date ledgers (AP/AR).
• Generate routine reports, statements, and summaries.

Shift Timings & Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (All Saturday & Sunday Off)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Accurate and timely data entry of purchase and sales invoices into the accounting system.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular and systematic bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in tracking vendor payments, follow up on receivables, and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
• Reporting : Generate routine reports, statements, and summaries.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency and speed in Microsoft Excel (ability to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and handle large datasets quickly is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with standard accounting software and ERP systems.
• Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet routine deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
