Role & responsibilities

• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Managing the daily activities of the accounting and ensuring that all reports, month-end activities, and year-end reports are completed on time.
• Assist in day-to‑day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end close procedures.
• Develop and improve internal accounting procedures.
• Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Adequate understanding of financial statement and analytical skills
• Open to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking
• Good communication skills, Email writing skills, MS office understanding, Technical tools like Tally, XERO, QuickBooks basic understanding
