Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and update bookkeeping records, cash books, and stock journals.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and MIS.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inventory and stock verification.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support financial operations and reporting.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities as assigned.
