Job summary

Yes Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced finance professional to manage SAP-based accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. You will oversee billing, invoicing, and payment tracking while ensuring statutory compliance and accurate reporting.

The role requires SAP HANA expertise, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities to coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce or related field.
• 25 years of accounting experience.
• Mandatory: SAP (SAP HANA)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good knowledge of accounting and compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate SAP accounting entries and records
• Handle bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Process GRN, SRN, and vendor invoices in SAP
• Ensure statutory compliance and reporting accuracy
• Maintain AP/AR records
• Prepare MIS reports (sales, purchase, expenses)
• Support month-end closing and audits
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
