Job summary

Ringbell Consultancy is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage receivables, GST and tax compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting activities in Kerala.

You will follow up on outstanding receivables, prepare GST returns, handle TDS, reconcile stock, and provide routine financial insights to management with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and AR analysis.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding amounts.
• Prepare and file GST returns and reconcile GST data.
• Handle TDS and assist with income tax compliance and audits.
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Manage warranty claims and service revenue accounting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and profitability reports.
• Present financial reports to management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
