Key Responsibilities

• Analyze account, customer, and financial data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on account performance, revenue, and profitability
• Monitor data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies in account records
• Support account managers with data-driven insights and forecasts
• Track KPIs related to accounts, billing, and client performance
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards
• Automate reports and improve data processes where possible

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); SQL and BI tools are a plus
• Experience with financial or account data analysis
