Job summary

You will support GST, TDS, and statutory filings with CA guidance, prepare MIS reports, and maintain meticulous documentation of expenses and vendor invoices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update books of accounts regularly
• Handle invoicing, receipts, and track client payments in coordination with the sales team
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain records of company expenses, petty cash, and vendor invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Coordinate with accounting partners/finance teams for monthly reconciliations and GST filings
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (with CA support)
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, MIS, and expense tracking
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups
