Job summary

Elision Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and Excel.

The ideal candidate will handle invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations, assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–4 years of experience as an Account Executive or Accountant.
• Experience in IT or Telecom industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.
• Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.

• Support budgeting and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
