Job summary

Navigateglobal CFO Services Private Limited in Ahmedabad looks for a meticulous accounting professional to join our team on a full-time basis. You will handle bank reconciliations, supplier invoicing, payments setup, and ensure service excellence across client accounts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of accounting experience, familiarity with Xero or cloud accounting, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting experience with small/medium businesses.
• Proven bookkeeping and tax return preparation experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations.
• Processing supplier bills using automation software.
• Supplier payment setup.
• Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence aligned with standards.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of each client’s financial situations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and legislation.
• Participate in external and internal training as required.
• Maintain current and accurate files and document actions with notes.

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all client’s financialsituations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation andother relevant legislation and rulings.
• Participate in external and internal training as required
• Maintain current and accurate files and record and date any actions and detailed file notes

Requirements

Job Required

• 1+ years of accounting experience with small/ medium businesses
• Proven experience in bookkeeping,finalization of statements and tax return preparation
• Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MSOutlook
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English Preferred
• Using cloud accounting solutions including Xero preferred,
• Knowledge of Australian Accounting and Taxation process is preferable
