Job summary

Experio Tech Pvt Ltd in New Delhi is seeking an accounting assistant to manage day-to-day financial entries using Tally Prime/ERP, and to maintain purchase, sales, receipts and payments.

The role involves preparing invoices, vouchers, bills, bank reconciliations, petty cash, GST compliance, and payroll support. You will also help prepare MIS reports and assist in month-end closings, ensuring records are accurate and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
• Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash records.
• Assist GST calculations, return preparation, and tax-related documentation.
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements; reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
• Generate MIS reports and support monthly account closing activities.
