The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and familiarity with Indian accounting practices. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is preferred, with opportunities for learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indian accounting is preferred.
• GST and GST registration processes knowledge required.
• Bank reconciliation experience is expected.
• Basic to good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with GST registration and related compliance activities.
• Support the Senior Auditor with accounting verification and documentation.
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting records.
• Assist with reconciliation and financial data verification.
• Ensure accounting information is updated accurately and on time.
• Support other finance and accounting activities as required.

About the Role

Grace Finnovation Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to join our finance and accounting team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Auditor and support day-to-day accounting, GST-related activities, bank reconciliation, documentation, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with the GST Registration Process and related compliance activities.
• Support the Senior Auditor with accounting verification and documentation.
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting records.
• Assist with reconciliation and financial data verification.
• Ensure accounting information is updated accurately and on time.
• Support other finance and accounting activities as required.

Requirements

• Experience in Indian Accounting is preferred.
• Good understanding of GST and GST Registration processes.
• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
• Basic to good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
