Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Understanding of GST and statutory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Support GST-related work including data preparation and filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for account-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist senior accountant in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Support GST-related work including data preparation and filings
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for account-related queries
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
