Job summary

Drone Port is seeking a senior leader to build and run the pilot certification programme with approved training partners across Tamil Nadu. You will own enrolment, curriculum quality and certification outcomes, ensuring timely placement of qualified pilots.

The role demands deep experience in end-to-end programme management and strong partnerships with external training providers. You will oversee budgeting for the academy, maintain regulatory relationships, and report on cohorts, completions

Qualifications

• Six to ten years in technical training, vocational education or aviation training.
• End-to-end certification programme management experience.
• Familiarity with remote pilot certification and the approval regime around it.
• Ability to build and hold partnerships with external training providers.
• Fluent Tamil, and credible with rural young people and their families.
