Role Purpose

The Academic Lead – Mathematics will drive excellence in mathematics teaching and learning across the school. The role ensures effective curriculum implementation, supports teacher development, and promotes innovative practices to enhance student outcomes. By mentoring teachers, analyzing performance data, and coordinating academic initiatives, the Academic Lead will strengthen the overall quality of mathematics education and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
