Role Description The Academic Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves providing individualized academic advising and student counseling, helping learners select appropriate courses and programs aligned with their goals. The Academic Counselor will conduct regular meetings with students to discuss progress, address academic challenges, and guide them toward skill development and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, and facilitating workshops or information sessions on academic planning and career opportunities. The role also requires active communication with parents or guardians when appropriate, and contributing to continuous improvement of counseling processes and learner support services.

• Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve learner outcomes.
