Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Freshers and up to 1 year experience eligible.
• Experience in overseas education or EdTech preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and career pathways.
• Guide students through admission, application, visa and scholarship processes.
• Assist with documentation including SOPs, LORs, resumes and financial documents.
• Advise on scholarship opportunities, eligibility and application requirements.
• Coordinate with students, universities and internal teams for timely processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on documents and payments.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars and student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and career pathways.
• Guide students through the admission, application, visa and scholarship processes.
• Assist with documentation, including SOPs, LORs, resumes and financial documents.
• Advise students on scholarship opportunities, eligibility and application requirements.
• Coordinate with students, universities and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on pending documents and payments.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars and other student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
