Job summary

ATRiOS Consulting seeks a leader to manage the Education Programme across four schools, driving educational excellence for children with Intellectual Disability. You will define goals, strengthen curriculum and assessment, and build transition pathways toward adulthood and independent living.

You will empower school heads and educators through professional development, coachings, and best practices, using data to monitor outcomes and inform improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading education programmes for children with ID.
• Expertise in special education and disability sector.
• Proven ability to drive curriculum quality and assessment improvements.
• Track record in developing student development and transition plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of the Education Programme across 4 schools.
• Define individualised learning, development, independence, and transition goals.
• Strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Develop transition pathways toward adulthood, vocational training, and living skills.
• Build capabilities of school heads, educators, and support teams via development and coaching.
• Use data to monitor outcomes, evaluate impact, and drive improvements.
• Foster collaboration across Education, Healthcare, MEL, HR, Finance, Fundraising, and Communications.
• Build strategic partnerships with government, academic institutions, and sector organisations.

• Build strategic partnerships with government, academic institutions, and sector organisations, and represent the organisation at relevant forums.
