Job summary

ATRIOS Consulting seeks a Digital Transformation Senior Manager to drive digital & AI conversations, coordinate with UP government PMU teams, and align vendor efforts for platform revamps.

You will manage end-to-end implementation with state departments and IT partners, ensuring Go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization, while guiding requirements, UAT, and adoption support.

Qualifications

• Coordinating with technology vendors/IT partners for platform implementation, rollout management, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives with State Government departments, IT partners, and internal program and technology teams.
• Act as the key interface between government, program, and technology stakeholders to ensure digital platforms are aligned with operational needs and implementation realities.
• Lead requirement validation, stakeholder sign-offs, UAT coordination, rollout planning, and district-level implementation readiness.
• Drive go-live preparedness and post go-live stabilization, including issue tracking, escalation management, and adoption support.
• Coordinate with government-appointed IT partners and integrators to monitor project timelines, integration priorities, deliverables, and implementation progress.
• Maintain project governance mechanisms including status reporting, risk tracking, dependency management, and leadership updates.
• Support platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, feedback management, and continuous improvement inputs.

About the Role

Foundation is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Manager to drive technical (Digital & AI) conversations, coordination with department teams, and third parties appointed by the department for revamping existing technology platforms. This position is for the State Program Management Unit (PMU) with a Ministry in the Uttar Pradesh Government.

Essential Skills

• - Demonstrated experience in coordinating with technology vendors/IT partners for platform implementation, rollout management, and issue resolution.
• - Strong understanding of digital product implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, UAT, deployment planning, adoption support, and post go-live stabilization.
• - Familiarity with government digital ecosystems, interoperability/integration requirements, dashboards/MIS systems, and data-driven program management.
• - Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and implementation dependencies in fast-paced environments.
• - Experience in sectors such as Health, Education, Livelihoods, Governance, or Social Sector.
