Job summary

ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support underwriting and portfolio quality management across ABHFL business lines. You will perform risk and credit operations for basic transactions and assist senior staff in case assessments.

You will coordinate with Legal, Technical and verification vendors, ensure data capture in LOS, monitor thresholds and help improve process efficiency and documentation quality to support timely disbursals.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk and credit operations for basic transactions across ABHFL business lines
• Seek guidance from seniors and gather insights for effective risk assessment of individual cases
• Liaise with Legal, Technical and verification vendors for Legal-Technical evaluations and clarifications in complex cases
• Monitor bounce rates against threshold limits
• Execute risk operations efficiently while ensuring risk management imperatives
• Coordinate with Credit Processing Analysts to log case files before credit operations
• Work with Sales and Operations teams for decision making and problem solving; escalate to RCM as required
• Effectively manage external vendors to ensure quality of reports & timely turnaround
• Track costs and ensure they are within budgeted levels
• Ensure accurate data capture in LOS and maintain high quality documentation
• Ensure collection of Post disbursal documents within assigned time frame

Underwriting and Portfolio Quality Management

• Execute risk and credit operations for basic transactions assigned, in adherence with defined frameworks and principles across ABHFL business lines
• Seek guidance from seniors proactively and gather insights on technical aspects as well as state/ property specific considerations for effective risk assessment of individual cases
• Liaise with relevant Legal, Technical and other verification vendors for Legal-Technical evaluations and clarifications in complex cases, as required
• Monitor the bounce rates as per threshold limits.

Process Efficiency

• Execute risk operations efficiently and in a manner that enables business performance while ensuring risk management imperatives
• Coordinate seamlessly with Credit Processing Analysts to ensure case files are logged appropriately before proceeding to initiate credit operations
• Work as per process-driven coordination mechanisms with Sales and Operations teams for effective decision making and problem solving in line with business and risk management needs; escalatet to RCM as required.
• Effectively managing external vendors to ensure quality of reports & TAT
• Efficiently track Cost and ensure they are within budgeted levels.
• Ensure accurate data capture in LOS and maintain high quality of documentation.
• Ensure collection of Post disbursal documents within assigned time frame.
