Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, security model, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud solutions for sustainability and emissions management.
• Configure Net Zero Cloud data models, emissions sources, reporting structures, and dashboards.
• Design and develop Salesforce Platform solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and declarative capabilities.
• Lead data migration of sustainability data from spreadsheets and legacy repositories into Net Zero Cloud.
• Design and implement bulk data upload, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling processes.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the implementation of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud solutions, driving sustainability and emissions management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud solutions for sustainability and emissions management.
• Configure Net Zero Cloud data models, emissions sources, reporting structures, and sustainability dashboards.
• Design and develop Salesforce Platform solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and declarative capabilities.
• Lead the migration of sustainability data from spreadsheets and legacy repositories into Net Zero Cloud.
• Design and implement bulk data upload, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling processes.
• Develop scalable architecture to support future integrations with ERP, Finance, Procurement, Utility, and other enterprise systems.
• Support the implementation of automated data ingestion frameworks during future integration phases.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.

Required Experience

We are looking for candidates with typically 9-12 years of relevant experience.

• 8+ years of Salesforce Platform implementation and technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation, including responsibility for solution design and delivery.
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, Security Model, and Data Architecture.
• Experience configuring Net Zero Cloud for emissions tracking, sustainability data management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformation, and validation using CSV/Excel and Salesforce data migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware solutions.
• Ability to design scalable solutions supporting both manual data ingestion and future automated integrations.
• Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and reporting requirements.
• Experience leading technical teams and working within Agile delivery environments.
