Job summary

Orchestra Telecom Services in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Lead/Engineer for 4G/5G RAN + Core Network OAM. You will design, develop, test, and deliver OAM modules for 4G/5G RAN and Core Network.

The role involves working on O-RAN O1, network management, and multi-threaded Linux applications. Senior candidates will drive OAM development programs, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++ (C++11) and Python.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G RAN and Core Network architecture.
• Hands-on OAM / Network Management development.
• Experience with O-RAN O1, FM, PM, CM.
• Strong Linux and multithreading/multiprocessing experience.
• Knowledge of NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience with XML, JSON, YAML.
• Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with Makefiles.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on O-RAN O1 interface and related Fault, Performance, and Configuration Management modules.
• Develop and maintain Network Management solutions for 4G/5G networks.
• Work with multi-threaded and multi-process applications on Linux.
