Job summary

Innovaccer in India is seeking a persistent, motivated Events Marketing Architect to create and execute campaigns that attract prospects at conferences and events, virtual and in-person. You will lead programs with the Events Marketing team, building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders worldwide while coordinating with marketing, sales, and vendors.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication, sharp project management, and the ability to work the US shift

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, digital marketing, procurement, and finance to execute events marketing avenues.
• Conduct market research, planning, documentation, and reach outs.
• Interact with external vendors and translate ideas into creative event campaigns.
• Own multiple processes and initiatives using high-impact project management techniques.
• Learn and build workflows to monitor progress weekly.
• Own the vendor management lifecycle from scouting to negotiations and tracking.

Your Role

We are looking for a persistent and motivated individual who will be working as an architect for creating and executing various marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives to attract potential prospects at our conferences and events (virtual and in-person). You will be working as the point of contact for driving programs, processes, and systems with the Events Marketing vertical. The candidate should have a strong set of verbal and written communication skills to develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. You’d also be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with various healthcare professionals and prospects spread across the globe. With a flair for strategizing and executing highly-dynamic processes, you will be extensively working on transforming collective ideas into highly successful outcomes through powerful event management strategies.

A Day in the Life

• Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams, digital marketing, procurement, and finance teams to execute events marketing avenues.
• Conduct extensive market research, planning, documentation, and reach outs.
• Utilize a blend of strong soft and interpersonal skills to interact with external vendors and then transform collective ideas into creative event marketing campaigns
• Own up multiple processes and initiatives through high-impact project management techniques
• Learn and build workflows to monitor progress over weeks
• Own the complete vendor management process from scouting to negotiations and tracking them through the entire event marketing cycle
• Should be comfortable working in the US shift timings of 5:30 PM to 2 AM.
