Job summary

Innovaccer Analytics seeks a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing, testing, and delivering data integration and analytics solutions for enterprise customers. You will align business requirements with platform capabilities and drive infrastructure to enable more efficient operations.

The role requires deep experience in ETL, data warehousing, BI, data visualization, and cross-functional leadership, with hands-on SQL and Python skills to support data extraction

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering data integration and analytics projects (small to large).
• 8–10 years of experience in ETL, data warehousing/analytics, BI, and data visualization with PM experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams from IT to software engineering and business domains.
• Hands-on data extraction using SQL and familiarity with ETL tools.
• Basic scripting in Python; understanding REST APIs and web services.

We are looking for a Customer Engineering Manager who will be largely responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems. You are expected to understand the business requirements, partner products, services, and integrate the same with our platforms, products & features. You will be involved in building up infrastructure to help run businesses of our Enterprise customers more efficiently

A Day in the Life

• Supervise and lead engineers and quality analysts
• Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations and qualityassurance
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, infrastructure teams and other engineering groups fordefining, designing, and delivering solutions
• Own delivery plan and timelines through consultation with customers
• Own and drive technical deliverables and provide leadership to a group of engineers in an innovativeand fast-paced environment
• Negotiate features, enhancements and new incoming tasks with internal and external stakeholders

What You Need

• Technical Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and extremely strong communication skills
• Experience with delivering small, medium and large Data integration and Data analytics projects
• Strictly between 8 to 10 years of experience in ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, BusinessIntelligence, Data visualization tools along with technical project management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, from IT to software engineering to business domains
• Hands-on experience in extracting data using SQL
• Familiarity with data ETL tools , creating mapping documents
• Basic experience with scripting (Python)
• Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and service-oriented architectures
• Knowledge of challenges and benefits of data extraction in In-Premise and Cloud deploymentsRelevant experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
• US Healthcare experience is a strong plus
