Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and QA in building and refining data integrations and analytics solutions for our enterprise customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans with customers, and drive technical deliverables in a fast-paced environment while negotiating features with stakeholders.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of REST APIs and cloud/on-prem data extraction are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical PM, stakeholder Mgmt and excellent communication.
• Experience delivering data integration and analytics projects.
• 8–10 years in ETL, DW/BI, analytics with PM experience.
• Cross-functional teamwork across IT, software and business domains.
• Hands-on SQL data extraction and ETL tools familiarity.
• Python scripting and REST APIs understanding.
• On-prem and cloud data extraction experience; Agile knowledge a plus.
• US healthcare experience is a plus.

We are looking for a Customer Engineering Manager who will be largely responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems. You are expected to understand the business requirements, partner products, services, and integrate the same with our platforms, products & features. You will be involved in building up infrastructure to help run businesses of our Enterprise customers more efficiently

A Day in the Life

• Supervise and lead engineers and quality analysts
• Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations and qualityassurance
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, infrastructure teams and other engineering groups fordefining, designing, and delivering solutions
• Own delivery plan and timelines through consultation with customers
• Own and drive technical deliverables and provide leadership to a group of engineers in an innovativeand fast-paced environment
• Negotiate features, enhancements and new incoming tasks with internal and external stakeholders

What You Need

• Technical Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and extremely strong communication skills
• Experience with delivering small, medium and large Data integration and Data analytics projects
• Strictly between 8 to 10 years of experience in ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, BusinessIntelligence, Data visualization tools along with technical project management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, from IT to software engineering to business domains
• Hands-on experience in extracting data using SQL
• Familiarity with data ETL tools , creating mapping documents
• Basic experience with scripting (Python)
• Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and service-oriented architectures
• Knowledge of challenges and benefits of data extraction in In-Premise and Cloud deploymentsRelevant experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
• US Healthcare experience is a strong plus
