Job summary

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboard development, and process controls, with people and client management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or graduate in accounting and commerce with at least 15 years of education.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exposure to SAP and financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs and financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margins.
• Identify issues and opportunities using analytics and report to relevant teams.
• Present monthly and quarterly financial reports for various units and departments.
• Collaborate with Reporting team on daily/weekly/monthly submissions.
• Manage administration of SAP, BPC, Anaplan and other financial systems.
• Build reports in Anaplan and automate reporting processes.
• Implement BI tools and dashboards for management reporting.
• Support management with data-driven analysis and strengthen reporting controls.
• Handle client management and people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
• Use analytics to identify and report issues, trends, areas for investigation and improvement, working with the relevant teams to deliver change if needed
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
• Work closely with Reporting team on daily/weekly/monthly report submissions
• Managing administration of SAP, BPC server, Anaplan & Financial Systems
• Ability to build reports in Anaplan and automate the reports
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
• Strengthening reporting controls

Technical Skills:

• Exposure to SAP
