Job summary

EXL Noida unit seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join the Global Products and Platforms team. You will engage in end-to-end project planning, documentation, and interface design for Property & Casualty insurance products, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities include user story articulation, system design, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and timely delivery within a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• BS / BE / MCA / MBA / PGDM is required.
• Experience in Insurance product development and BA activities is expected.
• Proficient in documenting requirements and user stories.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

EXL's Global Products and Platforms organization is an exciting and dynamic software solutions group focused on building EXL's Insurance Product and related industry solutions. The position will operate for one of the P&C Insurance product and working closely with the development team. The position requires in-depth involvement in Project planning, scheduling and end to end project. Performing to match the strategy and demands of the programs is an important role to perform. This position will require use of good knowledge in documentation.

Technical Skills

Working Hours

9 Hours window between 9 AM and 10 PM IST or based on business needs

Education Requirements

• Certification in Insurance or IT Business Analysis Preferred

Work Experience Requirements

• 4 to 8 years overall experience
• At least 4 years as Business Analyst
