VRSamadhan is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer in Thane, Maharashtra. The role focuses on transforming architectural drawings into high-quality visual presentations for interior and exterior projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, Photoshop, and a strong portfolio. You will work from the office with real estate and architectural firm collaborations, delivering renders on tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, floor plans, elevations, and reference images to create accurate 3D models.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders using Autodesk 3ds Max with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
• Develop detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, furniture, landscapes, and architectural elements.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to achieve professional-quality renders.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and photorealistic rendering, with the ability to transform architectural drawings into high-quality visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, floor plans, elevations, and reference images to create accurate 3D models.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders using Autodesk 3ds Max with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
• Develop detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, furniture, landscapes, and architectural elements.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to achieve professional-quality renders.
• Work on lighting setups, composition, reflections, shadows, and detailing to enhance visual quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Autodesk 3ds Max is mandatory. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with 3ds Max.
• Practical knowledge of V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, architectural plans, floor plans, and elevations.
• Good understanding of architectural modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Strong knowledge of materials, mapping, UVs, camera composition, and scene setup.
• Ability to create realistic interior and exterior visualizations.
• Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other architectural design tools.
• Understanding of current architectural visualization trends and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Experience working with real estate projects, architectural firms, or visualization studios will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and complete projects within deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing architectural interior and exterior renders is mandatory.

Job Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working from the office in Thane, Maharashtra.
