Job summary

Build Smart Ventures is seeking a skilled 3D Visualiser with at least 2 years in interior design visualization. You will create photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial spaces, translating concepts into polished visuals for clients and stakeholders.

You will use 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion to produce renders, walkthroughs, and animations while collaborating with designers and project managers to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in interior design visualization.
• Proficient with 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion.
• Strong visualization, materials, lighting, and spatial planning skills.
• Ability to deliver photorealistic renders and compelling visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for interior projects.
• Translate concepts into visual presentations from sketches and drawings.
• Create interior and exterior visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations as needed.
• Apply materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping to enhance visuals.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and PMs to meet timelines.
• Produce presentation-ready images for meetings and marketing.
• Update visuals based on revisions and client feedback.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, materiality, lighting, and spatial planning, and be capable of creating highly realistic renderings that accurately communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and workplace interior projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings into compelling visual presentations.
• Create interior and exterior visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations as required.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping elements to enhance visual output.
• Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Produce presentation-ready images for client meetings, marketing materials, and social media content.
• Modify and update visualizations based on design revisions and client feedback.
• Maintain organized project files, libraries, and rendering assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, rendering techniques, and emerging visualization technologies.

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

The candidate should be proficient in the following software:
